Results

The results of this study showed that there was no difference between the pocket depth as measured in the treated sites at time 0 (pre-treatment) and time 1 (15 days weeks post-treatment). However, the difference between bleeding on probing as measured at time 0 and time 1 indicated an improvement on both sides, with a slightly greater improvement on the side treated with HA.
