The role of beclomethasone dipropionate and hyaluronic acid in treatment of allergic and vasomotor rhinitis
Treatment of allergic and vasomotor rhinitis the role of beclomethasone dipropionate and hyaluronic acid (with high molecular weight)
Article specifications
This study was published in 2018 in Journal of Recenti Prog Med. (IF 2013:0.92) by Italian specialists. The aim of the study was to evaluate the role of beclomethasone dipropionate and hyaluronic acid (with high molecular weight) in treatment of allergic and vasomotor ehinitis.
Results
Both BDP and HA can find a role in the management of inflammatory rhinitis. In particular, BDP finds a peculiar role in acute forms, characterized by a more evident inflammatory component, while high molecular weight HA can find a role in the management of chronic forms, which in fact require long-term treatment.
